FDA Delayed the Deadline for Vape Manufacturers to Register Products

The US FDA issued a statement that delayed the deadline for e cig manufacturers to register products. The previous deadline is December 31, 2016 but the new date is June 30, 2017.

The reason may be that the FDA’s registration system can not accept such a large number of applications, the number of e pen products far exceeded the FDA’s expectations. Excessive application FDA can not handle, so have to postpone product registration deadline.

More than half a year registration period is a good thing, but this is the essence of the FDA’s electronic cigarette control content without any changes and FDA regulation will still kill the vast majority of US electronic cigarette brand.
